You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use our Services.

2. About SoundMint

SoundMint is a blockchain-enabled music platform that allows artists to:

Upload, organize, and manage their music files
Create blockchain-verified ownership records for their work
Tokenize music for fan investment opportunities
Retain 95% of all token sale revenue
Access AI-powered production tools

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. When you register:

You agree to provide accurate and complete information
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You are responsible for all activities under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

SoundMint uses embedded wallets to simplify blockchain interactions. Your wallet is created automatically and secured through your authentication method.

4. Content Ownership

This is the most important section. At SoundMint, we believe artists should own their work. Here's how ownership works:

You Own Your ContentAny music, audio files, artwork, or other content you upload ("User Content") remains your sole property. You retain all rights, title, and interest in your work.

Limited Platform LicenseBy uploading content, you grant SoundMint a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely to provide our Services. This license terminates when you delete your content.

We Never Sell Your ContentSoundMint will never sell, license, or transfer your content to third parties without your explicit consent.

Blockchain VerificationWhen you mint your work, we create an immutable blockchain record proving your ownership. This record is permanent and cannot be altered.

5. Revenue and Fees

SoundMint operates on a transparent fee structure:

95% of token sale revenue goes directly to artists
5% commission is retained by SoundMint
No revenue share on streaming or plays
No hidden fees or surprise charges
